The only one I would wear to an interview would be the middle selection. You have to present yourself in a professional way. The first selection is a bit trendy, and the third is a bit loud. It's best to stay with muted colors and classic shapes, such as the middle one. Wear it with black pants and nice flats and you're good to go. Remember, don't wear any trendy jewelry. A 16" necklace, stud earrings and a bracelet will be all you need. Good luck!

The 2nd two...It also depends on where you are interviewing the second two are fairly conservative which is good for most interviews...

Either the second or last one. The first one is not interview type clothing. Try to keep it basic and simple, unless your are interviewing at an artsy type place, like an art museum or ad agency.

Number three is the most conservative and that is what you should wear. Number two looks nice but you must avoid showing your cleavage. Interviewers are keenly aware of women trying to use their assets (if you get my drift) to get a job.

I agree, the second one is the best choice. Simple and professional. The first one is too casual - you're not on a date or going out to a club. The third one has an acceptable style, but the color pattern is a bit loud and distracting. You want the interviewer to focus on YOU, not your clothes. When in doubt, err on the side of dressy, professional, tasteful, subdued.

I would go with #2, but as someone already stated, watch for the cleavage. #1 is too casual, and #2 looks too much like a clown. You want to present yourself as sophisticated and professional. Maybe a button up shirt and plain sweater vest would be better but still going for the style of #3. Or wear a plain blazer(that matches the pants) over #1, with it buttoned up.

I'd go with the middle and pair it with a tasteful skirt or nice black slacks. The first one is ok, but might be considered to some people as a bit too casual. The third one looks a bit too "schoolgirl trying to look grownup."
