David Cook, the winner of American Idol since May 21, 2008, 9:57 pm et is way better than David Archuleta, the runner-up. Maybe it's my fiery passion for Cook that made me dislike Archuleta so much. I don't know. What do you think of these two? |

One of my family members in England offered to buy and send me them because where I live all the new CDs, movies, books etc. come out at least a year later than they do in America or Europe.
So my question is, do the albums come out in the UK on the same day as they do in the US?

I remember them showing SOMEONE with a ziplock baggie filled with years worth of old fingernails that they saved. I swear it was David Cook in that clip, but no one believes me. Does anyone remember this? It was during the auditions way back in the beginning- he said it was his hobby. |

I currently live in blue springs and I hate david cook as much as i could ever hate anyone. He has pictues in or on every building in the city. People talk about him as if they have known them their whole lives and he's not even that good of a singer. What makes this guy appealing vocally? Is their anyone else from blue springs who can relate? |

For rock n' roll week, this would be his week to shine.
He just didn't impress me and his stage presence is getting a little boring.
Everyone is bashing on Jason Castro because he had a bad week, but steady talented performances throughout the competition. Where David Cook only has two memorable performances for me.
No dis-respect to the David - lovers, the dread heads would just like to state the obvious. |

Okay, so I didn't get the oppurtunity to purchase all the David Cook songs for my iPod. However, on iTunes, all the songs disappeared except for the 3 finale songs and "The Time of My Life" and it always says I can't even buy those songs because of the message saying "The item you tried to buy is no longer available" or w/e. wanna get the songs (legally!!) but can't. Thanks! |

I LOVE DAVID COOK!!! He's so cute, and I love how he sings. He's so hot and talented. But I don't want him to win, because then he'd only sing what they wanted him to. I hope he comes in like 2nd or 3rd place, and then makes an album. I'd buy them all. I LOVE HIM!!!!! :P

I thought I heard Ryan say it was Permanent. The song he sang was the greatest original I've heard from him, so I looked it up, but the song Permanent doesn't pick up at the end like it did on the show last night.
So is there an alternate version of this song or did he mix 2 songs together or something? And if the latter, what was the the other song? |

Two nights ago I turned to a random channal and saw David Cook singing. I'm not sure what channal it was, but after him Beyonce sang a christmas song I think. David Cook was surrounded by lights & christmas decorations.
I remember the one part of the lyrics was "Have a merry, merry christmas", but I can't find it anywhere. |

I'm 13 , and me and some of my friends are planning to see a David Cook concert at Owens Community College. lately, i've been worrying that we are going to be the youngest ones there, and all of the older college students will make it less enjoyable for us.

I am a huge fan of both, and I really don't like it that some David Cook fans hate David Archuleta fans, and the other way around. Also, they don't need to criticize the other David, just because they don't like him. it's starting to be like anti-Jb and Pro-Jb battle! dont u think?

I've looked everywhere including Mansfield University's website...I can't find anything....most of the other college websites have his ticket information but this one doesn't....Help?! I reallllyyyy wanna go!
You can't buy tickets on his website...all that's listed there are the tour dates.
Each college can only sell tickets for their own show...
Kara-no I'm not a student there...students there get first priority over tickets but then the tickets are supposed to be released to the public at some point

I absolutely love the instrumental composition of this song. The piano in the beginning gives a very eerie sound but I love how the violin is added near the end to add that "lifting" feel. The vocals are great too. Could someone please recommend some emotional songs that have some of these characteristics. |

it's song number 12 on David Cook's self titled album, and it really is 15 minutes long. it even says that on the cd case. but when you listen to the song, its like three minutes of song, nine minutes of nothing, and then three more minutes of song (approximatly). Does anyone know why? |

Okay, so I didn't get the oppurtunity to purchase all the David Cook songs for my iPod. However, on iTunes, all the songs disappeared except for the 3 finale songs and "The Time of My Life" and it always says I can't even buy those songs because of the message saying "The item you tried to buy is no longer available" or w/e. wanna get the songs (legally!!) but can't. Thanks! |

First, in the booklet in the centerfold, on the 3rd picture in the 2nd row, What's that on his wrist? Its a bit disturbing
Second, on the cd the song 'A Daily Anthem' is claimed to be 15:24 minutes long but on my CD its like 3 minutes long then it takes up 7 minutes or so to change to the next song. I was just wondering, is it my cd that does that or is it all of them?

I thought I heard Ryan say it was Permanent. The song he sang was the greatest original I've heard from him, so I looked it up, but the song Permanent doesn't pick up at the end like it did on the show last night.
So is there an alternate version of this song or did he mix 2 songs together or something? And if the latter, what was the the other song? |

Right after the chorus, all of the lyric sites say that he says:
"My open mind

It doesn't sound like "My open mind" at all.
It sounds like he says "Mile" or something like that.
Anyone know?

I've looked everywhere including Mansfield University's website...I can't find anything....most of the other college websites have his ticket information but this one doesn't....Help?! I reallllyyyy wanna go!
You can't buy tickets on his website...all that's listed there are the tour dates.
Each college can only sell tickets for their own show...
Kara-no I'm not a student there...students there get first priority over tickets but then the tickets are supposed to be released to the public at some point

I absolutely love the instrumental composition of this song. The piano in the beginning gives a very eerie sound but I love how the violin is added near the end to add that "lifting" feel. I am a huge fan of both, and I really don't like it that some David Cook fans hate David Archuleta fans, and the other way around. Also, they don't need to criticize the other David, just because they don't like him.

I was pretty disappointed when they didn't even announce Daivd Archuleta winning his award, when they sublty mentioned David Cook's winning. I read something on fanblast that said he was on the show, it just went into overtime or something, so some parts got cut out. Is there? Cause I'd really like to see it.

it's song number 12 on David Cook's self titled album, and it really is 15 minutes long. it even says that on the cd case. but when you listen to the song, its like three minutes of song, nine minutes of nothing, and then three more minutes of song (approximatly). Does anyone know why? |

Okay, so I didn't get the oppurtunity to purchase all the David Cook songs for my iPod. However, on iTunes, all the songs disappeared except for the 3 finale songs and "The Time of My Life" and it always says I can't even buy those songs because of the message saying "The item you tried to buy is no longer available" or w/e. wanna get the songs (legally!!) but can't. One of my family members in England offered to buy and send me them because where I live all the new CDs, movies, books etc. come out at least a year later than they do in America or Europe.
So my question is, do the albums come out in the UK on the same day as they do in the US?

I am a huge fan of both, and I really don't like it that some David Cook fans hate David Archuleta fans, and the other way around. Also, they don't need to criticize the other David, just because they don't like him.
Can't there just be peace between the two David's fans? |

DAVID COOK sings a rock version of So Happy Together that noticeably confounds Simon Cowell. For the Top 24 (Top 12 guys)First DC performance of the regular season when we got to vote for him! I remember jumping up and down when "that rock guy David Cook" came on the screen and he could really sing! 02-19-08 I included the couch talk with Colton Berry because I like watching the Cookster as Ryan talks to him. |

I noticed that in concert especially, he mimics the people in the crowd and it's usually hilarious! So I put most of the clips I could find of it, hopefully you enjoy it. Someone stole another video I made of David so I added my name at the bottom so it won't happen again. (or if it does people will know) |
