What do I need to do to adopt Neo from the Matrix (Keanu Reeves) body type?

What do I need to do to adopt Neo from the Matrix (Keanu Reeves) body type?
Im 6'1, 200 lbs at the moment. I'm about 17% body fat (gained alot of weight this summer partying it up in europe hah) Used to be a size 34' pants at the end of last year, now im a size 36. What do you think my workout should revolve around? Any suggestion and a complete work out plan would be amazing <3

well dude, sounds like you already look better than skinny keanu reeves, but if thats what your looking for then your best bet is to eat healthier and do a lot of cardio. If your in this for good, the best thing you can do is research things by yourself and design something you have time for and can achieve. Check out bodybuilding.com its an amazing site. Any other Q's just drop me an email.

Reeves has been quite open about what it took to assume the shape the producers demanded for the role. He got his weight way, way down (I think I read 170, but don't quote me on that) and his body fat was reduced to almost nothing, the way body builders do. He worked out or trained for hours a day, both cardio and strength training but with weights light enough to not build additional muscle, and ate only what a chef prepared for him. Right, that's within all our means! If that's the body you want, it will probably be hard to attain and *very* hard to maintain. From your description, it sounds like you've just added a bit of a guy-gut. Trim back the calories by 500 a day and add 500 calories' worth of cardio per day, and you could lose 2 pounds a week and that fleshy middle.
