Allegedly, Lindsay Lohan made this statement during a misunderstanding in July of 2007, "I wasn't driving. The black kid was driving."
Anybody that knows Lindsay Lohan knows she would never make a statement like that, and if she did make that statement then a person of African-American descent probably was driving the "commandeered" SUV.
Should people who make baseless allegations that Lindsay Lohan is a racist be fined or jailed? |

The other day I wrote a lengthy letter to the City of Los Angeles demanding that public funds be used to build a shrine of Lindsay Lohan made from precious metals and have it erected downtown.
Yesterday I got a letter from the City stating that they had considered my request, but that public funds were not currently available for such a project.
I am going to write the City back today. What should I put in my rebuttal letter to convince them of the importance of this monumental project? |

I would like to see Lindsay Lohan date the singer/songwriter Lily Allen because I feel that the two of them have a great deal to offer the world through their music and spirited attitudes concerning the establishment. Ok, so I know someone who was making up song titles for Lindsay Lohan's new album, "Spirit in the Dark", and posted the fake titles on wikipedia. They did it once, and wikipedia let them off with a warning saying that theyll be blocked if they vandalize wikipedia again and wikipedia took the titles off. But he did it again and well....could he get arrested and fined for it?

How about civil liability?
In my opinion, Ms. Lohan is far too important to America and the world to be bogged down with such trivial matters as criminal proceedings and civil suits - I think Congress should give her immunity so she is free to pursue her own self-improvement as well as enrich all our lives unfettered by the "law of men."
What are your thoughts on this very important issue? Would you be willing to write your Congressman and demand that he/she sponsor a bill at once? |

I just feel that a loyal fan and follower of Ms. Lohan should be closer, both spiritually and phyiscally, to Ms. Lohan.
I think Ms. Lohan's message of self-improvement through beauty and alternative lifestyles would find a more receptive audience in Southern California.

I never received anything from her, like a card or thank you note. I did use delivery conformation and found it was delivered. It cost me an extra fiftey cents.

I have to write a paper on icons. and comparing the differences between too.

I think Lindsay has finally found someone that cares about her and a good influence on her as well. They seem to be happy with each other (couple or not) and you have seen less and less news of Lindsay ODed and partying lately.
Yet people seem to be so hard on them just because Samantha doesn't look like a hollywood babe doll.
Sometimes i think that's what Lindsay see in Samantha because of her down-to-earth appearance and presumably awesome personality. |

I read something about it on Yahoo news but wanted to know if anyone knew more about it. Apparently she didn't do everything required for her 2 DUI arrests. Personally, I don't think it's fair that she didn't have to go to jail. Here in Michigan, if you get 2 DUIs you atomatically get 15 days in jail no matter how famous and rich you may be. I do like Linsday though. I read she and Samantha also had a fight and they wouldn't answer the door when police came. |
