Taylor Swift announces the end of the Eras Tour, revealing the final show’s date and location

Taylor Swift has recently performed her 100th “eras tour” show in Liverpool, England. To celebrate, she leaves fans with special, but sad news.

The “Red” singer announced the end of the tour after multiple concerts. “I think a lot of people are like, ‘Well, how are you going to celebrate the 100th show?’” she tells the audience. “And for me, the celebration of the 100th show for me means this is the very first time I’ve ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is gonna end in December.”

“That feels so far away from now. But then again, it feels like I just did my first show on this tour, because you guys have made this so much fun for us that we wanted to do 100 shows, 150-something shows,” The 11 time Grammy winner adds.

The “eras tour” began on march 17, 2023, and it’s been about a year and three months since then. It will end on December 8, 2024 in Vancouver, Canada. The singer admits that the tour has become her whole life, joking that she’d forgotten her hobbies and mostly spends her free time coming up with acoustic song mashups and other music.

“I want to spend another show just thinking about that and living in this moment with you and being here with you and just know that I appreciate every single ounce of effort you put in to be with us when this tour reaches triple digits of shows,” She ends her speech by saying “Thank you” to the crowd and begins performing another song.
